Minded Yoga Therapy is a holistic and creative therapy modality which combines ancient wisdom, modern science and psychotherapy.
Yoga Therapy perceives the human as multi-dimensional, and understands your experience through five layers; physical, energy, mind, wisdom and your connection to the world around you.
Yoga has existed for thousands of years, by its very nature it aims to relieve suffering, develop self awareness and strengthen your connection to life and spirit. Modern science is catching up, and there is a wealth of evidence behind Yoga for Mental Health and the application of Yoga Therapy, particularly for anxiety, stress and overwhelm.
Elisha (she/her) is the founder of Grow Yoga therapeutic space in Sheffield and works privately as a Yoga Therapist specialising in supporting women dealing with anxiety, stress and overwhelm.
Elisha is a Minded Yoga Therapist and has done additional training in Womb Yoga Therapy with Uma Dinsmore-Tuli to support those with a female hormonal cycle, she is currently in training as a supervisor for other Yoga Therapists.
Elisha currently works in person and online with people who are ready to make significant changes in their inner and outer world.
